$75 - 2 page spread, with 3 proofs

$50 - full page ad with 3 proofs.

$45 - half page ad with 3 proofs.

$35 - quarter page ad with 3 proofs.

What that means is, I’ll design an ad for you based on the information and files you’ve provided. If you don’t like the first one, I’ll happily redesign the entire ad a two more times if needed. After the third proof, corrections run $10 an hour. So if you find something you’d like to fix after receiving your 3rd proof, and it only takes me 30 minutes, that’ll be an additional charge of $5. This service is a special rate is only for work associated with Open Door Directories publications. After I’ve received contact information through Julie or Shawn of Open Door Directories, or after you’ve contacted me, please allow at least 1-2 working days for me to contact you. I will try and fit it in sooner, but I work another job in the evenings, so please be patient. You are welcome to contact me any day of the week, before 3:00pm on weekdays, and any time on weekends, though weekend turn around can be a bit slower. I am located in the Porterville area, so unless you are located within the Porterville or the surrounding areas, we will have to rely on phone, email, as well as Julie and Shawn for communication and proofing.

AD Design Turn Around

After I’ve received payment and all the nessisary materials to begin work on your Ad, please allow at least 48 hours to receive your first proof. I may send you an email stating that it may take longer if I have several ads in front of yours. If you are on a deadline, please call to confirm that I am able to work within your time constraints. If you are going out of town or need something urgently, I’ll do my best to work with you.

What you will receive

Proofs emailed @ 72dpi in .pdf format
Final ad emailed or ftp @300 dpi, .pdf format
The proofs you will receive from me will be a .pdf file at 72 dpi, or web viewing resolution. After the ad is fully completed with all nessisary corrections and you have sent me an email approving the ad, you will receive a final proof in a flattened .pdf format at 300dpi. This will be the version that Julie and Shawn of Open Door will also receive to print in the directory. Your final copy is yours to use, reproduce and edit how ever you wish.

I require payment before beginning work. In order to provide the best service possible to each client, I need to know that a client is serious about my services before beginning work. Payment options are credit card, payable through Paypal at my email address of dreamingthought@yahoo.com . If you wish to use paypal, I will send you an invoice for the package you are requesting, and will begin work as soon as payment is received. Other payment options are Money Orders sent to my home address. Please contact me and I will provide you with my home address, and once the money order is received, I will begin working. If you are in the Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Terra Bella areas I can arrange to pick up payment and work with you in person.
